RGCA Annual Meeting - March 12, 2025 @ 7pm

The RGCA works hard all year to make the neighborhood a beautiful, welcoming, and safe place to live. Please join us on March 12, 2025 at 7pm for our annual meeting. We will be meeting at the Fellowship Hall in Churchville Presbyterian Church to accommodate as many attendees as possible.

The agenda will include:

• Neighborhood watch with the Harford County Sheriff's Department

• The budget for the upcoming fiscal year

• Committee Updates

• Discussion of the Election of Officers

• Open Q&A

​Unpaid annual dues for 2024 of $150.00 are still payable to RGCA. Also, this year’s dues begin on April 1, 2025. The R.G. Board of Directors (BoD) are asking you to please pay the annual dues. This money contributes to the community which we all use.  Each time you drive in and out of the entrance, the funds collected go towards the landscaped garden, mulch, trees, wall maintenance and lawn mowing. Also, the dues collected go towards paying the monthly utility invoice for the streetlights we have, which offers some safety.

The Board of Directors (BoD) pays a yearly fee to maintain a web site to store and disseminate information for your use. The BoD also pays a fee to maintain a P.O. Box for mailing purposes.

Our largest expense is the lake area. You may or may not use the lake, but it is an assest to the neighborhood. Homeowners are attracted to having common property that they can use for their enjoyment. Also, the lake has an access pipe for a source of water for the fire department, as we don't have fire hydrants in Rolling Green.
